Wholesale Inquiries
Shipping of products are automated to support shipping in U.S.A. and International destinations. If upon receiving your order, the product is damaged, then please follow the return policy by taking a photo of the damaged area and send it to the Customer Care Team via e-mail with the title "Returns" within 2 business working days of receiving the order. Once we have clarified and confirmed the damage we will then clarify how to ship the package back to us using standard shipping. We also have a 100% money back guaranteed on products damaged upon delivery and reimburse via your chosen payment method.
